Patrick Cowen is the IT Audit Director with the City of Tallahassee’s Inspector General’s Office where he has worked in internal auditing since 2010. Patrick currently serves on AGA’s Budget and Finance Committee, is the Tallahassee AGA Chapter’s National Council of Chapters representative, a past AGA National Governing Board member, and has held various other roles for his local AGA Chapter. Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information System Auditor, a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds an MBA and a BS in Communications from Florida State University. He is also a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and ISACA where he has served as a mentor in the SheLeads Tech program.
