Hello my name is Chris Barker and I am currently the Regional Manager for Elaut USA in the North Central Region. I started my journey in the amusement industry in June of 2000 at Dave and Busters Pittsburgh as a game technician within my 6 years at D&B I was a department head as well as a senior game technician. I moved on from the company in 2006 going o work for Tricorp amusements in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. My role as area supervisor was to oversee daily operations on a route consisting of move theaters, bowling alleys and FECs. I provided service and support to different clients dealing with arcade machine repair, redemption/product ordering as well as daily operations. In July of 2013 I moved over to Elaut USA taking on the role as a Regional Manager within the route operation side of the company. Some of the parks and locations I oversee are Kings Island, Six Flags Great America, Six Flags St. Louis, Darien Lake Theme Park, and Chicago Navy Pier. I work closely with my park managers and location representatives within the location providing direction and support in our redemption arcades, game stands and other operations within the location. I am also involved in with the day to day operations in regards to cost of sales, labor management, parts and product ordering.
