Robyn Burk is Director of the Enterprise Services Center, which provides information technology and financial management services to DOT and other federal agencies. With approximately 1,200 employees, the ESC earns annual revenues of more than $180 million. Robyn was selected into the FAA’s Senior Executive Service in July 2014. Before joining the FAA, Robyn was the Commander for the Pacific Air Forces Regional Support Center at Elmendorf Air Force Base, AK, where she was responsible for 17 remote business locations across the Pacific. She led a diverse team of military, government service, contractors, and foreign nationals executing $630M in contracts including logistics/ infrastructure support, technical services, strategic planning, financial management, and legal, regulatory, and safety compliance. Her team provided fee for service support to other agencies including the FAA NDP, other military services, Missile Defense Agency, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, etc. Prior to Alaska, Robyn served in Air Force positions around the world including Europe, Korea, and the Middle East. She has extensive experience in developing and leading high performance, diverse teams and is adept at enhancing customer satisfaction, capturing cost reductions, streamlining manufacturing, distribution, and supply chains, contract competition and consolidation, and optimizing capital investments. Robyn holds a Master’s degree in Logistics from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Education for Chapman University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Louisiana State University. She also holds PgMP, PMP, and Green Belt certifications, and a teaching certificate.
