As Director of Facilities, Joel Elsea is responsible for the safety assurance, store operations, vendor oversight and pro-active management of real estate use and conditions in over 400 North American retail and corporate locations. As a previous owner of three businesses, he has extensive experience in business management, property management and the solid waste and recycling industries. He has significant experience based knowledge and interest in developing business strategies and tactics and bringing strategy to implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Wichita State University and is a member of the Wichita Business Journal’s “40 under 40”. In 2014, Elsea earned the Retail Facility Management Professional (RFMP) designation, a mark of excellence achieved by an elite group of retail facility management professionals.
