Valerie Evanoff is the Founder and CEO of CrossResolve, a woman owned small business that provides expertise in biometrics, forensics, and identity intelligence for government and industry clients. Ms. Evanoff has over 15 years’ experience working with and for the government. During her tenure at the FBI, she served as a primary author of the NSTC’s National Biometric Challenge Update 2011, as an architect of the FBI Rapid DNA Program Office (R-DNA PO), as an innovator with the Biometric Center of Excellence (BCOE) and as a strategist within the Next Generation Identification (NGI) program. Prior to her federal service, Ms. Evanoff was the CEO of Biometric Services International (BSI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Biometric Security Project (NBSP), and a Program Manager for the NASA Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility. Ms. Evanoff has a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Microbiology and a Master’s degree from West Virginia University in Science Education.
