Specific Responsibilities Rich Cummings formed Level Four Solutions Group, Inc. in 2007 to provide training, change management, and performance improvement solutions for Distribution Operations and Maintenance for Utilities. In his role, Rich and his team have partnered with their utility customers to assist them in implementing training solutions on enterprise software upgrades and new software product implementations for Outage Management Systems, Energy Management Systems and GIS applications and also related control room software applications. Rich and his team deliver e-learning solutions for initial and continuing education and electronic performance support systems that help their customers implement changes in new technologies. In addition, Rich specializes in providing electronic performance support solutions to assist control room operators in complex software tools and processes. Past Experience Rich’s past experiences includes serving in the role as an OMS Industry Specialist and Principal Consultant at GE Energy, providing business process and training services related to new product implementations. Rich worked previously as a Senior Performance Analyst at the Salt River Project providing similar.
