Terry Cowan, P.E. is the President & CEO of Coldwater Engineering, a position he has held since March 2016 when the company was founded. He developed a passion for the railroad industry beginning in 1999 under the mentorship of Daryoush Razavian with Olsson Associates. Headquartered in beautiful Helena, Montana, Coldwater Engineering seeks to provide responsive, quality, and stress-free solutions to their clients while offering a refreshing and rewarding environment for their employees to grow. Terry has been an active member of AREMA for five years and serves on Committees 1 and 41.
