Rich has been in the IT industry for more than 20 years, primarily in the implementation and support of ERP solutions such as NetSuite and SAGE products. Being a fast learner, he also works with database, network, and server administration. This well-rounded background is extremely apparent when conducting support and implementations, especially when the company uses a third party IT provider for computer support. While working full-time, Rich also earned his degree from the University of Illinois with a double major in Finance and Economics. Rich lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and manages the office in this location after moving from the south suburbs of Chicago (Mokena, Illinois). He also visits our Warrenville, Illinois office to work there and meet with clients. In his spare time, he maintains a very active and healthy lifestyle and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, scuba diving, and weight lifting.
