Faisal Najed Working In the Electricity and water Sector since my graduation from the University of Evansville IN –USA on 1988 . participated in developing major Transmission , distribution and control systems and utility infrastructures all over Abu Dhabi , UAE and GCC Interconnections . Selected to be one of the team working with international consultants to develop the overall technical and business setup of transforming Water and Electricity Department in Abu Dhabi from complete vertical structure owned by the Abu Dhabi Government to horizontal organization with major participation of the international private investors in developing and operating the generation companies based on long term agreements. Currently working as Chairman Board of Directors of one of the privatized power and water desalination plant owned by ADWEA/TAQA 60 % and SembCorp 40% .In addition working in ADWEA as power expert in the Planning & Development Directorate . Long term planning and generation mix strategy development in addition to participate in the technical group for defining the capital program and the infrastructure requirement for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi 2013 plan. BS In Electrical Engineering Executive Master Degree in Business Administration
