Robert Hobson currently works as an Assistant Project ES&H manager for AECOM at the $1.7 billion United States Army Corps of Engineers project in Olmsted, Illinois. He has been with the company for 7 years serving as a Safety and Health and Industrial Hygiene professional on multiple assignments, in both private and public sectors, throughout the United States. He graduated with a M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health / Industrial Hygiene from Murray State University in 2010 and obtained his Certified Safety Professional accreditation in 2012. Since then he has initiated and led multiple health and wellness campaigns at both the project and corporate level, been awarded the company’s Osprey Achievement Award for cost savings and innovation in respiratory health and protection, served on multiple construction safety and health leadership boards and was named one of the company’s 2016-2017 top talent.
