Rob Duston




Rob Duston is a partner in the law firm Saul Ewing, located in their Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on labor, employment, disabilities and education law. Rob has represented the NJATC and the electrical training ALLIANCE, and many JATCs and AJATCs for more than 20 years on a wide range of compliance matters involving apprentices and employees. He is a regular lecturer at NTI, Regional Seminars and New Director’s Training. Rob received his B.A. from George Mason University, his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
