Cass Cook is the Principal Counsel for Anvil Law, PLC, located in their Ann Arbor, Michigan office. He specializes in domestic and international trademark and copy-right prosecution and enforcement. He represents local, domestic and international clients in a number of industries including the arts and media, electronics and soft-ware development, design and manufacturing, sports and recreation, medical products and services, apparel and accessories, luxury brands and hospitality services, financial and insurance services, publishing, technology and entertainment. Mr. Cook’s areas of expertise include matters related to clearance, prosecution, licensing portfolio management, brand development, enforcement and litigation. He specializes in the protection and enforcement of proprietary interests and rights including trademarks, copyrights and domain names. Mr. Cook received his B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
