Craig A. Miller, CEO of Association for Corporate Growth Chicago has over 20 years of operational, financial advisory, management and strategic consulting experience with privately held businesses. Mr. Miller worked on a Chapter 11, negotiating a debt refinancing, advising some manufacturing businesses on organizational issues, and worked on strategic advisory and valuation analyses for privately held companies through Mission Works, Inc. He has worked on transactions from managing 100% leveraged management and employee buyouts to leading complex sale transactions to financial advisor on unique incentive compensation programs. Prior to forming Mission Works, Inc., Mr. Miller served as Managing Director at Valuemetrics Advisors, Inc. and Principal at Valuemetrics Capital, LLC. He serves as Member of Advisory Council on Agriculture, Small Business and Labor at Federal Reserve Bank Of Chicago. Mr. Miller completed a Master’s in Management Degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; an M.A. degree in Speech in Radio, Television, and Film from Northwestern University; and a B.A. degree in Speech and Theatre Arts from Baldwin Wallace College.
