Kelly Waters is Co-founder and Managing Director of Waters Group Global. Over the past several years Kelly has worked with a number of NECA chapters and LMCCs around the country to create and launch business development programs. Currently she’s working with the Central Ohio NECA Chapter and IBEW locals where she created and serves as the Director of their business development effort called Power Connect. One of Power Connect’s primary strategies for gaining market share is to support the work of economic and commercial development organizations throughout the Region. Kelly has over 25 years of experience as a Chief Executive in business development, technology commercialization, and business expansion. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of business growth and organizational development. She is the recipient of the American Marketing Association, Capital Region Chapter, Marketer of the Year award and the Albany Chamber of Commerce Woman of Excellence award. She was selected as a Woman of Influence by the Capital Region Business Review, a publication of American City Business Journals.
