Ian Andrews graduated from Blackburn College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He joined NECA in 2012 with the Illinois Chapter, starting as the NEBF coordinator before becoming the Assistant Chapter Manager. Ian joined the NECA Staff in 2017 as a Field Representative for the Midwestern Region. He currently services six NECA Chapters in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota working with 18 IBEW Local Union jurisdictions and four IBEW I.O. Represent
