Luis de Carvalho is the CEO of Bermello Ajamil & Partners Europe - architecture, planning and engineering firm specialized in port and destination development. B&A Europe is currently active in Northern Europe, Baltic, Mediterranean, Atlantic Islands and Africa. Projects include Baleares, Canarias, Cape Verde, Dublin, Cork, Tarragona, Huelva, Visby, Kalundborg, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Colombia, MedCruise, Cruise Baltic, Viking Cruises amongst others. Luis started his career in 1986 with Premier Cruise Lines and RCCL in Miami. He then spent 12 years with Crystal Cruises, mainly as Global Port Coordinator overseeing shore side operations worldwide and inspecting new destinations. Other positions include National Director Cruise, TUI Spain; Director Cruise Operations Europe, Tumlare; Director Cruise Operations Scandinavia, Kuoni and owner of Consult DC.
