David Hallock




David has a proven record of success as a senior official within the federal and Virginia governments. With more than 20 years of experience working in the Virginia governor's office and general assembly, the US Senate and the private sector, David possesses the skills to develop and execute the effective government advocacy strategies at the state and federal levels. Prior to launching Two Capitols Consulting, David served as chief of staff to US Senator Mark WArner. A graduate of the University of Virginia and teh University of Virginia School of Law, David has served on numerous boards and commissions in Virginia, including the Virginia Lottery Board, the Freedom of Information Act Advisory Council, the Longwood University Board of Visitors and the Richmond Forum Board of Directors. DAvid also is a proud graduate of the Sorensen Institute of Political Leadership and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia School of Law.
