Sheila is an Auditor in the US Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS) Review and Analysis Branch. Sheila’s career in Federal financial management and operations spans 22 years. As a shared services provider, she currently provides service to three agencies in the area of A-123 Internal Controls and in her previous position in financial operations she and her staff provided services to five agencies. She has a broad understanding of APHIS’ User Fees from policy and operations to debt management and reporting. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Administration from Northwestern College.
