Rod Dyckman




Lt Col Rod Dyckman entered the Air Force in 1970. After graduating from pilot training at the top of his class, he flew tactical fighters, bombers and reconnaissance aircraft. Most notably, Rod flew the SR-71 Blackbird, as commander of his unit, on worldwide operational reconnaissance missions for agencies such as JCS and the CIA. After the SR-71 program ended in 1990, Rod went on to work for American Airlines and later NetJets. He lives in Fallbrook, CA
