Scott opened his first pizzeria in 2014. This wood fired pizzeria was selected to the top 100 restaurants in St. Louis for 2014, 2015, and 2016. In 2017 he opened Pizza Head, a New York slice place. Pizza Head was selected to the top 100 restaurants in St.Louis for 2017, 2018, and 2019. Scott sold both pizzerias in 2017 and 2021 respectively. Scott has presented at The Pizza Expo for the last 6 years sharing his knowledge so others may benefit. He is currently working on his 3rd pizza project and will open soon.
