2016-17 Co-Chair, Sustainability Council, PRSM Association Neil Butler has over 25 years’ experience in retail, including positions in Store Maintenance, Operations, Store Planning, Energy & Environmental Services. He earned his BA degree from Rutgers University and his MBA from Ashland University. As Vice President of Store Maintenance for Luxottica Retail, Neil and his team are responsible for all repairs and maintenance for over 4,200 stores, including the Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Oakley, Pearle Vision brands. Neil worked for LBrands, Bath & Body Works, and Gap, Inc. prior to joining Luxottica 5 years ago.
