Kevin J. McHugh is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI), in the Valuation & Financial Risk Management practice. Mr. McHugh is based out of the New York City office and has more than 30 years of dedicated experience within the valuation community. At Navigant, Mr. McHugh focuses on providing valuable strategy, operations, fixed asset management and valuation solutions to the federal, state and local government as well as the higher education and healthcare communicates throughout the United States. Mr. McHugh serves as a Task Force Member/Technical Advisor to the GASB and the FASAB and is a frequent speaker on various valuation/property management topics for numerous professional organizations throughout the United States.
