Lara Allen is a Risk Management Analyst with the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM) and is responsible for implementing an enterprise risk management (ERM) program to support the identification, prioritization, evaluation and mitigation of key risks to the organization. Previously, Ms. Allen provided oversight of OJP’s and the COPS Office programmatic monitoring activities to ensure that program offices are providing comprehensive oversight of their grants and grantees, especially those that pose the greatest risk to the Department. Ms. Allen has over 14 years in the Federal grants management arena.
