Audi Banny leads IMT’s work with national tenants, developing new programs such as the Landlord-Tenant Energy Partnership and continuing existing projects that help tenants, government agencies, property owners and other real estate stakeholders establish the business case for more-efficient leased spaces. Banny holds a bachelor’s degree in studio art from the University of South Florida, a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the School of Art and Design and a master’s degree in sustainability management from Columbia University. She is also a LEED AP.
