Giving the best customer service to those that service the Louis Vuitton clients. We make every effort to treat our stores how they treat their customers. Using a PC /mobile system to manage the maintenance needs and reactivity required to have each of our 140 Maison’s to our high standards. We are a small team that relies heavily on high quality partners that understand working in a luxury environment. Alan joined Louis Vuitton 16 years ago with time in the IT, Store Operations and now the Preservation department. New York is home and specifically Long Island. My 7 day a week job is sometimes broken up with golf, tennis or sea kayaking.
