Tony is a captain with Henrico County (VA) Division of Police with over 27 years of law enforcement service between two different agencies. He also currently serves as the volunteer deputy chief of operations for Goochland (VA) Fire and Rescue where he has volunteered for over 34 years. He is a Department of Criminal Justice System general instructor, DUI/SFST Instructor, TIMS Instructor, and Speed Measurement Instructor. He serves on the Henrico Incident Management Team as well as the Central Virginia Incident Management Team. He has served in various capacities as incident commander, operations section chief, and planning section chief for various events in the Richmond Metro Area to include Richmond International Raceway, Martins Bike Race, UCI Richmond 2015, and others. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Mountain State University.
