Cheryl Baxter is a level 2 Google certified educator and Blended Learning Specialist in Springfield, Missouri. She previously taught fourth grade. Cheryl currently works in eight elementary schools to implement blended learning strategies and technology integration in order to create personalized learning environments for students and teachers. Cheryl also works to plan and develop district training opportunities on blended learning topics.
