Jim has been with Westfield www.westfieldInsurance.com for almost 15 years and has nearly 30 years of industry experience. He is responsible for developing, implementing and managing innovative and strategic initiatives, processes and programs for the workers’ compensation claims line of business at Westfield. In his role he also works with the Claims Strategy team to deliver innovative technology and process solutions for the entire Claims Department and works with the senior leadership team to assist in long-term strategic planning for the Claims Organization. He previously was the Workers’ Compensation Complex Claims Leader with the above responsibilities as well as managing the team responsible for supervising and handling the most severe and complex claims. In that role he worked with Best Doctors to develop a specialized back program that continues today at Paradigm.
