Michael D. Schulstad, Manager, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP Michael is a manager with over 28 years of law enforcement and investigative experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Inspector General. He has been providing professional consulting services since 2013 performing litigation support, forensic examinations and analysis in support of white collar crime and fraud investigations in a variety of complex situations and circumstances. Michael’s investigative expertise includes contract fraud, government and procurement fraud, bank fraud and bank failure, corporate frauds, bankruptcy fraud, health care fraud, money laundering and asset forfeiture and asset recovery. Michael has also assisted companies with FCPA matters and developing risk and compliance programs, conducting due diligence investigations and fraud response programs.
