Senior Risk Management Consultant



Bill is a senior risk management consultant for Emergency Services Insurance Program with nearly 40 years as a risk management consultant. In addition, he has over 25 years experience as a firefighter/EMT with the North Bellmore (NY) Fire Department. During his fire service tenure, he has held many positions including fire chief, and fire commissioner for the City of Cortland, NY. Bill is on the faculty of several fire service and EMS organizations, has spoken at many national conferences, and has been published in national fire and EMS periodicals. He also currently serves on three NFPA Technical Committees.
