Deborah Boyer is Executive Vice President and Director of Asset Management for The Swig Company, a privately owned real estate investor operator based in San Francisco. Responsible for Swig’s assets nationally, Deborah has over 20 years’ experience with major real estate owners and investors. Attuned to the dynamic changes occurring in the commercial real estate industry, Deborah’s strategic positioning of Swig portfolio assets places the company at the forefront of emerging CRE trends. Deborah is a past board member of SF BOMA, and serves on the boards of SPUR, Global Workspace Association, and Oakland’s Lake Merritt/Uptown Community Benefit District.
