Michael Baker, MA, NRP, is Chief Officer and Director of EMS for the Tulsa Fire Department (TFD). Since 2010, Baker has assisted the TFD EMS Branch in expanding the number of paramedic fire apparatus serving Tulsa. He received the IAFC/Physio-Control Heart Safe Community Award in 2013 and was selected for an EMS10: Innovators in EMS award in 2016.
