Andrew is active in the AGA, and currently serves as the chair of the Certificate of Excellence in Accountability Reporting board. He has served on the AGA’s National Executive Committee, on the AGA’s Finance and Budget Committee, and the AGA’s Government Accounting Education Task Force. Andrew is the past chapter president of the Montgomery/Prince George’s County Chapter, and a Past Regional Vice President of the Capital Region. He is also the former chair of the Federal Issues and Standards Committee of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
