Spencer Cheatham is the Fire Chief for the West Point Volunteer Fire Department, where has been a member since 1995. He has been a career chief officer with New Kent Fire-Rescue and a program manager for the IAFC working on recruitment, retention, and leadership issues for volunteer and combination departments across the country. He is a board member of the IAFC’s Volunteer & Combination Officers Section and was recently named to the USFA's Workgroup for Recruitment & Retention.
