Mr. Richard Barrie, a licensed professional engineer, has been performing structural analyses and design for the past 29 years. He is experienced in performing seismic analyses on various types of concrete and steel structures. Mr. Barrie has extensive experience in the evaluation and design of arch dams, concrete gravity dams, RCC dams, powerhouses, tunnels, penstocks, bifurcations, towers and foundations. He has experience with FERC, USBR, and COE design criteria and safety requirements. He has worked on numerous projects subject to large seismic loads. Mr. Barrie has extensive domestic and international experience. He worked on projects located in Pakistan, Vietnam, China, Egypt, Jordan, Ethiopia, Turkey, Venezuela, Argentina, India, El Salvador, South Korea and Panama.
