Kelly Mednis is the Director of Business Intelligence and Project Specialist at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, where she collaborates with 10 arts organizations that comprise Pittsburgh’s Tessitura consortium. With 20 years’ experience in arts administration, she previously worked for Broadway producer Daryl Roth and was the original Coordinating Producer for Cyberchase, an award-winning PBS children’s television program. Kelly streamlined processes for ticket services and education departments at Pittsburgh Public Theater prior to joining the Cultural Trust in 2008. At both organizations, Kelly was identified as a leader on strategic planning and documentation projects focused on process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration.
