As the Next Horizon Skills Lead for Accenture, Mike brings 13 years of experience helping organizations develop their strategic talent plans. Mike spent 5 years working with clients in Accenture’s Human Capital Strategy organization practice before joining the global HR team to focus on talent strategy for Accenture. Knowing what skills people have along with what skills are needed to drive performance is one of the toughest questions to answer in a rapidly changing technology landscape. Mike brings innovation to skill analytics by utilizing predictive analytics, econometric trends, neural networks, and user centric-designs to provide fact-driven insights to Accenture leadership. These innovations enable the data-driven insights that are needed to make more strategic choices in talent for 449,000 people in 120 countries across Accenture.
