Dwight Robertson

Dr. Robertson is the CMO of Employers Insurance. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Duke School of Public Policy focusing on Health Care Delivery and a Medical Degree from Duke University. He has maintained a career-long interest in the national debate on Health Policy Reform and the issues involved in optimizing the cost-effective delivery of medical care that are so critical for the United States today. He has held national leadership positions for the past thirty years, serving as both Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and/or COO/CEO for large payers and medical delivery systems, in addition to start-up companies and specialized subsidiaries. Prior to his position with Employers, he held senior positions with The Travelers, AIG, Zenith National, Crawford and Coventry. Dr. Robertson has maintained an active interest in data analysis and the opportunities to use computerized tools to support the delivery and improvement of medical care.
