Stephen Floyd
Professor
Long time Mensan and Iberian scholar Stephen Dale Floyd offered his take on Cervantes' most famous character, Don Quixote, in his presentation "The Bad Boy of La Mancha," at the 2014 AG in Boston. Now, he delves into some surprisingly prurient literary sources from medieval Spain, where the collision of Jewish, Moor, and Christian cultures provided a rich collection of sacred and profane literature. Floyd most recently taught Spanish at Northern Arizona University. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
