“When I grow up, I want to be an insurance claims adjuster!” said no child, ever. But when excessive height and glasses nixed an aspiring career as an Air Force pilot, choices had to be made. Fast forward through college, grad school, and working in higher education, Crenshaw has spent the last 15 years as an insurance claims professional, handling thousands of auto claims running the gamut from simple accidents and Tesla fires to auto theft fraud rings and even a herd of goats eating a car.
