Sandra Adams
Building Instructional Coach
Fort Wayne Community Schools--Career Academy (CTE)


Sandra Adams currently works with FWCS as a Building Instructional Coach with the Career Academy. Her role involves supporting instructors with curriculum, technology, and instruction, connecting with business and industry partners, and creating internships for students with business and industry partners. Prior to this position, Sandra worked as an independent consultant and a high school teacher. Sandra also served as an Ohio state mentor for the Race to the Top initiative for six years. Her degrees are from University of Toledo, BGSU, and she is currently a doctoral candidate with Indiana State University. Sandra presents regularly for Regional ACTE and National ACTE conferences.
