Dr. Bottoms received a Ph.D. in Physics from Tulane University and has served in a variety of government, industrial and academic roles. He served as a faculty member in the EE department at Princeton University, manager of R&D at Varian Associates, founding President of Varian’s Semiconductor Equipment Group and general Partner of Patricof & Co. Ventures. Among his current position are: • Member of the Tulane University Board • Co-Chair of the Heterogeneous Integration Roadmap • Chairman of the Packaging TWG for the Photonic Systems Manufacturing Roadmap • Chairman of APMT • Chairman of Third Millennium Test Solutions
