Daniella Datskovska is a Senior Manager in EY’s Advisory Services practice and leading Government and Public Sector Enterprise Risk Management. Daniella has designed and delivered cross-industry risk management service offerings and has more than 13 years of comprehensive governance, enterprise risk management and compliance experience with Fortune 500 and multinational corporations as well as federal government entities and not-for-profit organizations. Daniella was responsible for establishing and directing a number of large enterprise risk management initiatives from current state analysis and evaluation to design and implementation. She led teams in assisting clients with analyzing and improving their risk organization and governance models, risk management processes, risk reporting, assessments and risk analytics as well as regulatory compliance, business process improvement and large scale program management. Prior to EY, Daniella spent over three years with Accenture Risk Management practice, helping commercial and government clients understand the leading practices for Enterprise Risk Management and assisted the organizations with ERM design and implementation. Before Accenture, Daniella served as a Partner with Deloitte Ukraine, where she led Enterprise Risk Services practice addressing risk management, governance and compliance issues and was responsible for a team of thirty risk management professionals. Prior to that, Daniella spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Risk Management Solutions group. Daniella holds an MBA from the Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wartburg College.
