Jim Fox, Senior Manager with Baker Tilly, has been with the firm since 2013. Serving as a Sr. Solutions Architect Consultant, he works with organizations on the optimal use of technology, process and people in strategic talent management initiatives. Jim has over 24 years of experience in staffing management, recruiting operations, HR operations, system implementations, system integrations, talent acquisition and training projects. The last five years he has worked with over 40 large clients implementing and managing projects involving installation of Oracle / Taleo products. Through various leadership and program management roles as a Sr. Manager of Talent Recruitment teams with Electronic Arts, Inc. and a Talent Recruitment Manager and HR Generalist with LSI Logic, he brings many Fortune 100 and Global 500 clients a “value-add” knowledge of managing recruitment / human resource teams and technology initiatives.
