Since 2009, Happ has been focused on Goby, an analytics platform for commercial real estate, optimizing value and performance of corporate portfolios. In December 2015 Goby received $5 million in funding led by Toronto’s Greensoil Building Innovation Fund (GBIF) and joined by Second Century Ventures.
