John Vasquez is an experienced and highly skilled safety and health manager, consultant and instructor. John has served as an EHS director, manager, or consultant in a variety of work environments, including municipalities, healthcare, construction, and manufacturing, providing safety, environmental, and sustainability compliance for ESH program development and project management. As a senior consultant at the National Safety Council, John is responsible for providing field consulting, auditing and training services geared towards solving a variety of safety and health challenges. As a safety trainer for many years, John serves as a trainer for the National Safety Council’s Advanced Safety certificate programs, and has previously taught the NSC First Aid and Defensive Driving Courses. He has previously taught the OSHA 500/501 and OSHA 10- and 30-hour Outreach Courses for both General Industry and Construction.
