He was an active member of the IEEE 1547.1 Interoperability Work Group and product manager for the leading commercial test tools for UL 1741 SB certification testing. He has taught prior UU courses on DER protocols including OpenADR, IEEE 2030.5, DNP3 and IEC 61850.
