David Kreiss is Practice Lead of Advanced T&D Analytics at Bridgewater Consulting Group. His previous position was the General Manager of Southern California Edison’s AMI operations center as well as the project manager of a collection of SCE’s AMI advanced analytics initiatives. Prior to SCE Mr. Kreiss was the VP, Smart Grid for the Current Group, founder of Kreiss Johnson Technologies, and VP of Product Development for Dranetz Technologies. Mr. Kreiss has a deep technical background in AMI technologies, substation automation, power systems data integration architectures, and power quality.
