Jonathan Studnek, PhD, NRP, is a Deputy Director for MEDIC, the Mecklenburg EMS Agency where he’s responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive strategy for performance improvement, clinical education, and risk and safety. He also serves as the Director of Prehospital Research at Carolinas Medical Center and recently finished a four-year term as the Chair of the Research Committee for the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP).
