Sandra Diana Bratland has around 20 years of operational experience from the cruise industry as an incoming agent, her background is mainly from developing, producing and operating shore excursions in all of Norway’s cruise ports. The last 5 years as an operator she was in charge of the shore excursions department at Norway’s largest incoming agent and as of January 1st 2014, she is the Managing Director of Cruise Norway. Working with Norway’s around 40 cruise ports for a lifetime has given her extensive knowledge of the ports and land products, as well as valuable insight in how the cruise industry works.
